It takes at least 8-9 working days after the date of Order, for books to reach to the customer.

An order cannot be altered or cancelled after it has been executed.

Goods once sold would not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
In case the packets are dishonoured / refused / unclaimed by the customer, then customer shall
have to bear the entire expenses.
Complaints will be entertained if filed within 5 days after receipt of books. In case of any
dispute regarding the books / orders bought from Neeraj Publications or any error or defect in a
particular book, the maximum anyone can claim from Neeraj Publications is just the price which
he/she had paid to Neeraj Publications for the purchase of that particular book, but only with a
due written complaint sent to Neeraj Publications / neerajbooks.com within 5 days of receiving
the order, explaining all the issue of the defect / error / mistake in that particular book.
In case if any Wrong book is sent to the customer or there is any Defect in the Printing or
binding of the book then he / she can get the book exchanged free of cost or may get the refund
of the amount which they had paid Neeraj Publications / neerajbooks.com for that particular
book, all they have to do is, send the Wrong/ Defective book back by Post to the Online Supply
office mentioned at the website www.neerajbooks.com, and get Exchange or Refund against that
book only after the wrong/ Defective books reaches the Online Sales Office of Neeraj
Publications. Please also send the details of the Returned Parcel by Email mentioning The
complete Information of the Book returned, Reason of return etc. In case the refund is demanded
for that Defective/ Wrong book, then it shall be Done through PayTM on the PayTm Number
suggested by the customer.

Sites, like Amazon, Flipkart, EBay, Snapdeal, etc. is strictly Not permitted without prior
written permission from Neeraj Publications. Any such online sale, Resale & Display (Cover Page
or any Inner Page) by an individual, Company, Dealer, Bookseller, Book Trader or Distributor
will be termed as ILLEGAL SALE and copyright as well as Trade Mark infringement of NEERAJ IGNOU
BOOKS/NEERAJ BOOKS and will invite a legal action against the seller, re-seller and the website
owner and administrator.
Right to accept the order or reject the order and the right to execute the order or not to
execute the order remains completely with Neeraj Publications / neerajbooks.com.
